What we collect
When you use our forms we collect the details you choose to give us: your business name, category, address or service area, phone numbers, email address, website and social media links, opening hours, a description of your business, your logo and photos, and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to contact you about your request, and, if you become a client, to create, verify and manage your business listings on Google Maps and Apple Maps. Information that appears on those listings, such as your business name, address, phone number, hours and photos, becomes public once your listing is published.
How we keep it
Your submission is stored securely on this website and is only available to our team. Photos and logos are kept in a private folder and are not published until they are added to your listing. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
